To show Target’s dedication to the LGBTA community, we created a campaign that encouraged all people to take pride in who they were born to be, as well as the steps they took to become who they are. We began with a single post in April, regarding Indiana. We followed up in June (Pride Month) with a manifesto video, social content and event presence. And, with the Supreme Court’s decision to legalize gay marriage, we had the opportunity to share in the celebration.
